If you decide to cancel or modify your order*, you can easily do so on our website within the first 2 days of purchase. Please follow the steps below to modify or cancel your order:
1- Log in to your account. SempOro. If you do not have a SempOro account, you can easily create it by clicking on the LOG IN / SIGN UP button at the top of this page.
2 – After logging in, go to the My Account page and click on “My Orders” in the menu on the left.
3 – Find your order and click “Cancel” to cancel your order or click “Edit” “to change the order details.
Please note that the cancellation and modification of your order. it can lead to delays. You will be informed of the updated delivery date in case of delays.
* Cancellation and modification requests are valid only for orders that have not entered the production process.
After entering the production process, THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED AND / OR MODIFIED. Delivery dates can be changed throughout the order until delivery. After the issuance of the AWB, changes can be made, but additional costs may arise.
