You can place an order through www.semporo.ro website, the SempOro app available in the AppStore or GooglePlay Store or through the SempOro Customer Service Department (WhatsApp / or phone at +40736309680)

- Select with one click the desired product to enter its page
- Add no. of the desired pieces and press the “Buy Now” button
- Repeat this process with each desired product.
- After you have added all the desired products to your Shopping Cart, click on the Shopping Cart, located at the top right of the page (the number in the corner of the cart indicates the number of products in the cart).
- Press the “View Cart” button to check the pieces and the quantity.
- Tap Finish so you can fill in your details. for accurate billing.
- Fill in the shipping details on the displayed form. It is necessary to add the Postal Code of the receiving address to facilitate the correctness of the delivery of your package.
- If you choose delivery to Easy Box please choose the city from “Show map EasyBox” to which the package will be delivered, adding the exact location by zip code. (only for Romania)
- If you are already a SempOro member, please log in to receive your Bonus Points in your account. within the loyalty and cashback program related to the order in the SempOro virtual wallet. If not, we suggest you register to receive the points in your account. personally and to be able to use them later.
- If you have a Coupon, please enter it to reduce the available amount.
- The next step is to select the desired payment option and it is also necessary to read and tick the “Terms and Conditions” of the website.
- Card payment is secured and is made through MobiPay – Netopia or Stripe.
- If the payment is made by “Cash on Delivery“, this service does not have extra fees and you will have to make the payment to the courier at the time of picking up the package, the confirmed amount related to the completed order. (available for Romania only)
- Payment option made through “Direct bank transfer“The same order confirmation procedure will be followed plus the proof of payment of the order and only after that will the preparation and delivery of the order begin, a process in which you will be informed at each step followed by us, as at every other order placed.
- After the completed order has been placed, regardless of the option, you will receive an email, sms, and a confirmation phone to make sure everything is correct, as you want.
- After your order is fully processed and ready for delivery, SempOro will send you an email with the AWB (Tracking) number for your package.
- When you receive the package, check that the safety labels are intact.
