We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and deliver high quality products to our customers from SempOro. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 15 days of the delivery of the order, provided that your product is not the subject of the order. meet the conditions for return.

GUARANTEE
SempOro jewelry is produced with care and with quality materials, which is why we are confidently behind our products, with generous return and warranty policies.
All SempOro products come with a free lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of manufacturing failures, SempOro will carefully and free of charge repair your product, as long as your product is safe. comply with the terms and conditions of the lifetime warranty.
All repair requests are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before the application is processed. If our Quality Assurance team determines that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will inform you about it and notify you if any of the repair services performed by SempOro are available at a cost or otherwise.
The free lifetime warranty is available only for products made of precious metals (silver, gold, platinum, palladium). For products from other purchased categories, the warranty is for a period of 2 years, starting from the date of purchase of the product.
Terms and conditions for lifetime warranty and repair
1. The warranty is eligible only for the manufacturer’s failures and does not cover accidentally caused deformations and damage, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized service or wear and tear.
2. The warranty is void and void if the product has been modified in any way, including engraving, resizing or repairing by a third party, such as a jeweler or person other than SempOro.
3. If part of the jewel (including but not limited to stones, chains, clamps, etc.) falls out, it should be returned along with its parts, before any attempt to be repaired. SempOro does not take responsibility for missing parts or stones.
4. The lifetime warranty cannot be transferred to a third party.
The manufacturer’s guarantee does not cover the following:
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot baths (jacuzzi) or bath.
Scratches, hollows or breakage caused by general wear or misuse.
Bent, trapped or worn in the claw area, which allows the stone to fall or be lost due to negligence or other damage.
Stone(s) lost or stolen.
Items that have been abused or worn out, unexpectedly from normal, daily wear.
Note that the following are the characters of the product and cannot be considered defective:

RETURNS
You can return your item. at SempOro for either a recall, resizing, engraving or repair request. All we ask is that you fill in our return form (link to the Form will be created) and include a printed copy in your package. return.
For a quick and easy return process, be sure to select the correct return type and fill in all the required fields in the form while filling in. Your request The return will not be processed without the requested information.
A confirmation email, including your return address and a copy of the form you have completed, will be sent to your email address. email after you submit the return form. Please print and attach this form in the return package. Please note that your request is not valid. The return will be processed based on the information sent online. Any handwritten notes on the printed copy of the return form will not be taken into account.
Pack your product(s) safely before shipping and the arrival of the courier. In order to help you and offer you a complete service, SempOro will prepare the formalities for the courier, who will come to the address indicated by you within the requested time frame. Upon arrival of the courier, please have the package prepared and the AWB sent by us printed. It will be necessary, as the case may be, to pay the courier for the return. SempOro does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of the objects in transit, therefore please consider checking the Package Insurance options (1% of the declared value).
The cost of returning the transport is not covered by SempOro and remains the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your package, it may take up to 2-4 business days for us to process your request. return. Please read the information below carefully before returning your product for withdrawal, engraving, resizing, or repair.
WITHDRAWAL (REFUND)
Your return must meet all of the following conditions in order to benefit from a full withdrawal:
The product has not been worn and shows no signs of use including but not limited to scratches, bumps, stains or other defects.
The return package includes all complementary items such as the original gift box, certificates and other promotional items.
The product has not been resized or modified previously.
The product is not a special order that has been designed and /or produced according to the customer’s specifications. (these products have a specific icon on the images on our website)
The product does not include diamonds purchased as part of the GIA certification.
The product was returned to SempOro within 15 days from the date of purchase.
We will credit your method. of initial payment, except for delivery and /or return fees. Keep in mind that it may take up to 15 business days after receiving the return for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank issuer or card.
Items purchased by using store credit can only be returned for store credit and cannot be processed for monetary refund. The credit store cannot be converted to cash, transferred over to someone else, or used for services such as the resizing fee.
RETURNS
If you ordered the jewellery without engraving and later decided to engrave it, we will gladly engrave it for a small fee of 95 Ron + VAT, including shipment after engraving.
To return your product for engraving, fill out the return form and follow the steps explained in the “RETURNS” section. Be sure to send the product for engraving without the complementary elements, such as the gift box or certificates, as these items will not be returned after the engraving process.
Please avoid engraving the item by a third party, such as a jeweler or person other than SempOro, as it will void your lifetime warranty. Engraving a product will not cancel the lifetime warranty just in the case that was made by SempOro. So please avoid this
Note that the engraving process takes about 25 business days, depending on the product.
RESIZING
SempOro will gladly resize your ungraved or engraved ring, only once free of charge, in the first 60 calendar days after receiving your product. Customized or modified products (special orders, which have been designed or made according to customer preferences) cannot be resized for free.
Please note that the rings can only be resized within the size range offered on the SempOro website. Custom design rings (special orders that have been designed and/or produced according to the customer’s personal requirements) are not eligible for free resizing.
The resizing process applies only to changing the size of the ring. The width or thickness of a ring cannot be changed.
To return your product for resizing, fill out the return form and follow the steps explained in the “RETURNS” section. Be sure to submit the product for resizing without complementary items such as gift box or certificates, as these items will not be returned after the resizing process.
Please avoid getting your article. resized by a third party, such as another jeweler or person other than SempOro, as it will cancel your lifetime warranty.
The resizing process takes about 25 business days, depending on the product, and a resized ring won’t be eligible for a refund.
In the case of Wedding Rings there is sometimes the possibility of being resized, but not all models allow resizing without affecting the design. Therefore, Wedding Rings will not be supported when resizing. In order to avoid this unpleasant situation, we kindly ask you to contact the Customer Service department before placing orders to make sure you have the right measure.
These being mentioned SempOro understands that its family members sometimes change over the course of their lives, therefore depending on the model of wedding rings we offer you the possibility of resizing for a fee. The cost for resizing a wedding ring is 350Lei + VAT (includes: resizing, reconditioning, polishing and bringing the wedding ring in a new state, does not include the replacement of lost gemstones, but includes the replacement of crystals), if resizing is not necessary then the cost for reconditioning is 200Lei + VAT.
In the case of wedding rings with a pattern that do not allow resizing, we kindly ask you to contact us to find the best solution for you.
REPARATION
To return your product for repair, fill in the return form and follow the steps explained in the “RETURNS” section. Be sure to send the product for repair without complementary items such as gift box or certificates, as these items will not be returned after the repair process. If there are related reparative costs that are not covered by the warranty, they will be communicated to you before executing works, and the work will be executed only after we have your consent.
Note that the repair process can take up to 30 business days depending on the product.
