Shipping costs and delivery time
Standard delivery of your order is free for orders with a value greater than 250Lei (Domestic delivery). SempOro does not cover shipping costs for returned items.
For deliveries outside Romania, the cost will be calculated depending on the distance, when you enter your Postal Code and the system will automatically calculate, after entering the data if you are not sure, please contact the Customer Care department by email, phone, or WhatsApp in order to establish the transport cost.
Any order with a value greater than 10,000 Lei (2,000 Euro) will benefit from free shipping in EU countries and any order over 15,000 Lei (3,000 Euro) will benefit from free International shipping.
When you make your purchase, you will receive an estimated delivery date. Please note that the estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed fixed delivery time for your order. but is according to the schedule of the delivery company, displayed separately, on their websites. The term is automatically calculated based on the total time required for processing, production (whether the product is made to order or customized), and delivery of your order to the location of the address to which the order must be delivered.
The estimated delivery time is based on delivery in capital cities. Please note that delivery to more remote locations may take more time. SempOro does not take responsibility for delays when delivering to locations/regions where postal services are performed according to a schedule or to addresses located on islands.
In case of payment by bank transfer, or if your payment is not made immediately, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the date of receipt of proof of payment or advance. SempOro assumes no responsibility or reimbursement of transport costs arising from such delays.

Insured transport
Your order will be delivered through the courier service you have chosen. The delivery time may vary depending on the location of your email address. You will be notified when your parcel leaves our headquarters and you receive the tracking number (AWB) that will be sent to the email address you entered when you made your purchase. All parcels are insured during transport. After receiving all delivery details, please make sure you will be available to receive your package. SempOro assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after receipt of the package. If your parcel is returned due to your unavailability at the delivery address, SempOro retains the right to charge the customer for the costs of a new delivery.
If you have not received a tracking number, please also check the spam/junk category of your email. If you do not know your tracking number or the status of your delivery has remained unchanged for several days on the courier company’s website, please contact our customer service so we can investigate the issue for you. In case of any inconvenience, SempOro remains in touch with the courier company so that it can solve it quickly and easily for you.
Please check your parcel before accepting delivery. If the parcel was damaged during transportation, refuse the receipt of delivery and immediately submit a request against the courier company to our customer support.

Delivery address
All SempOro parcels will be shipped from our address in Bucharest, Romania. For deliveries in countries other than Romania, you will be contacted by one of the SempOro representatives to confirm your address. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically during the completion of the order, and the address will be confirmed with you together with one of our representatives.
Orders can only be delivered to home or work addresses (orders are not accepted at PO Boxes or PO Boxes, a receipt signature is required). For orders that need to be delivered to a different address than the billing one, please check if the company that issued the card has it in its records so that there is no delay in processing your order.
For your security, delivery, and billing addresses cannot be changed after placing the order, except by contacting SempOro Customer Service. If you are not at the delivery address on the delivery date, please contact our customer service in advance to check if delivery may be held and postponed to a later date.
