Legal withdrawal rights
You have the right to make a withdrawal of your order within 14 days from the date of its delivery. You must send us the withdrawal notice in writing (by letter, email or by completing the Withdrawal Form). If you want to guarantee that the withdrawal takes place within the given time frame, it is necessary to send the notification or return the goods within the 14-day period.

Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of a successful cancellation, any goods, services or funds given by either party will be returned and any funds that may have been accumulated will be released. If the goods have been damaged as a result of the delivery, the customer must pay. To prevent the payment of compensation for damages, we recommend that you do not use the goods in any way that could reduce their value. If you owe any compensation as a result of damage to the products, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following products:
Products that have been produced according to the customer’s specifications or that have been adapted to the specific requirements of the customer, goods that are not suitable for sending back due to their condition, goods that can be easily damaged and goods that have an expiry date.
